Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at getcelsior@proton.me with your order number.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at getcelsior@proton.me with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Gift cards and intimate apparel that has been worn or used are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of purchase by emailing getcelsior@proton.me with the subject line "CANCELLATION." After this window, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
